SHERI ALLEN

Sheri is a Certified Cheese Professional with the American Cheese Society. She has 20+ years of experience in the retail, catering and food industry. She began her career with Specialty Cheese in 2008 representing a Specialty Cheese Importer; responsible for putting together complete retailer cheese case programs and conducting training seminars for their cheesemongers.
Sheri currently educates and conducts cheese pairing classes at cooking schools, trade shows and promotes cheese at retail for several prominent cheesemakers. She has traveled with cheese professionals across the world to further her professional education on the art of cheesemongering in France with the affineurs of 20 Fromageries, visits to AOC cheesemakers in Loire Valley of France. Most recently she was on a professional tour of cheesemakers, cheesemongers and affinage education in New York including the famed Crown Finish Caves in Brooklyn. Future educational tours include London Nov 2016 and an extensive 2 week cheese essentials with hands on affinage course in Lyon France in 2017.
