AMELIA DAVIS

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Amelia found her love for art and learning in local artist Kathy Sutherland's watercolor classes. Her education continued at Westminster College where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Photography and a Master of Arts in Teaching. She teaches secondary visual arts and is currently teaching drawing, painting, photography, and commercial art at Corner Canyon High School. Her artwork has been exhibited in the Eccles Community Art Center, the Utah Arts Council's Annual Statewide Juried Exhibition, the American Association of University Women (AAUW), Utah Women Artists Juried Exhibition, the Women's Art Center, Westminster College staff and student exhibits, and the Utah Watercolor Society's Spring Open Exhibition.
