Chris Olsen founded Legacy Imports (uslms.com) on the premise that product development and managing Chinese supply could be more predictable. He's been refining the process of managing China for almost 20 years. Before Legacy, he earned degrees in mechanical engineering, spent a decade in aerospace, another building structures for the mining industry, and another running product development for a national manufacturing company. In that product development role he established and moved supply chains into China, managed intellectual property, and invented dozens of consumer products. At Legacy he creates turn-key solutions for clients including engineering, qualifying supply chains, and running international logistics to get product to store shelves. He has also invented and taken his own consumer product to retail with mixed success, including a brief swim with the Sharks.
