ANDREA LATIMER
Hi, my name is Andrea (she/her) and I'm obsessed with bitters. I'm the kind of person that talks with my hands and enjoys gathering with friends. I spend as much time outdoors as I possibly can, but I love my job so much you'll find me in the lab 'tinkering' more often than not. With a background in healthcare, but being a creative person at heart, I started Bitters Lab as a side gig mostly as a way to express my creativity through food and drink. I've also dabbled in the culinary world as a pastry chef, which is where my love for bitters spawned. Sure, they're great in cocktails, but have you ever baked with bitters?
