EMILY ASHBY

Emily has 20 years of leadership and management experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As an entrepreneur, she launched her own small business in 2011 and received a US Design Patent for a product she invented called a "Camera Coat".

Through her business and digital marketing experience, Emily has had the opportunity to share her knowledge as an adjunct instructor, community educator, & business consultant helping hundreds of local small business owners and nonprofit agencies develop unique strategies to reach their goals. She is now the Executive Director of Ouelessebougou Alliance, a humanitarian-based nonprofit that provides education and health services to Africans in remote villages in Mali.
