ABDUL ELSAQA

Born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt, speaks 6 languages with an Engineering Master degree as academic background. With his passion in cooking and food he entered the restaurant business in 2003 and helped opening restaurants in 22 countries ever since. Moved to Utah in 2016 where he started his food truck business and currently operate two trucks under the name Falafel Tree winner of the best New food truck in Utah 2017 as per Salt lake tribune Award.
