"Oh my gosh, I learned so much! Howard Leaman MD is a retired sleep specialist. It's obvious he loves to help people and he is a wealth of knowledge. When you 'get off the anxiety bus' and learn techniques to help you get to sleep, you have power and you have control. If you have trouble sleeping, take this class! It's really good!" -Dawn V.

"Dr. Howard Leaman is a great instructor. He was well prepared and had lots of information to share. He encouraged questions and stayed overtime to answer questions from the participants. It was a great opportunity to take a class from someone with his knowledge, experience, and expertise. I would recommend this class to anyone who has sleep issues." -William N.
