DAI CUI

Before coming to the United States as a graduate student, Dai Cui lived and worked in Beijing, China. For the last ten years, she taught Chinese language at East High school, from Chinese level 1 to Chinese AP. She loves interacting with students, as well as experimenting with new methods in language teaching and learning.

A strong believer in the Chinese motto that "to learn is to travel ten thousand miles and to read ten thousand books," Dai Cui enjoys reading Chinese and English books and traveling around the world. She is committed to teaching Chinese language through exploring the context of daily life, literature, culture, and food.

"We had the best teacher ever! (Dai Cui) was amazing and we would all take a level 2 class if it was offered with her." -Taylor D.
