RACHEL KRAHENBUHL

Rachel is passionate about helping folks connect with themselves and each other in mindful and Intentional ways. She holds a master's degree in health and kinesiology, is a board-certified health and wellness coach, certified health education specialist, and a master Pilates Instructor and Yoga Instructor. She is a self-proclaimed animal, nature, and food lover and fills her personal wellness cup through gardening and cooking, exploring wild places, and snuggling with her pup Rooper and cat Arlo. Rachel is excited to offer classes to the community that enhance their overall wellness and is committed to providing high-quality education in a warm and inviting environment.
