Tracey Harty is an obsessed quilter who has also discovered the joy of bag-making. Her quilting creative energy was renewed after taking a Lifelong Learning course several years ago. She eventually left her communications career and went on to work at a quilt shop, where she honed her teaching skills as well as made her first tote bag. She then became a bag-maker during the early days of the pandemic, starting her Creekside Quilt Studio business to sell bags, quilted goods and services.

"This class was amazing. With Tracey's guidance, I walked away with a ton of new skills and a really cool backpack. I'm already planning to make my next one! Tracey chose a really good pattern that was easily doable in three classes with only basic sewing skills."
