When Tara is not supporting others with her positive energy, you will find her adventuring with her greatest inspirations; her two boys and husband. Having grown up in Utah, Tara takes full advantage of her beautiful environment; skiing, hiking, road biking, camping, SUP, or competing in occasional triathlons. At home, Tara can be found cooking up vegetable-forward meals for her family or 'attempting' to master gluten-free baking.
