TARA MEADE

Tara Meade, MS, CSMC, CSSC is the founder and well-being consultant of Optimal Well-Being Utah. With over 15 years of health and wellness experience, Tara strives to create excitement, engagement, and awareness around the adoption of healthy lifestyles both personally and professionally. Tara believes that all her clients have the potential to reach optimal well-being through a combination of personalized vision, unique goals, social support, and regular celebration. In addition to supporting her well-being clients, Tara offers a series of classes and workshops to support groups of individuals seeking new healthy skills, techniques, or practices.

Tara holds a BS in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master's degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah. Tara has been a featured speaker at the Utah Worksite Wellness Conference and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance. Tara is a Certified Stress Management Coach (CSMC), Certified Sleep Science Coach (CSSC), and Certified Mind Body Fitness Coach (CMBFC) through NESTA.

When Tara is not supporting others with her positive energy, you will find her adventuring with her greatest inspirations; her two boys and husband. Having grown up in Utah, Tara takes full advantage of her beautiful environment; skiing, hiking, road biking, camping, SUP, or competing in occasional triathlons. At home, Tara can be found cooking up vegetable-forward meals for her family or 'attempting' to master gluten-free baking.
