Jodi Christensen

Jodi grew up in Cache Valley with a passion for the outdoors. She is an avid skier, snowboarder, hiker and camper who enjoys living in Grand Teton National Park in the Summer. Her love for the great outdoors resulted in some injuries and chronic pain, which led her to the path of yoga and Somatics. It is through these simple modalities that she was able to resolve pain, regain functional movement, mobility, and stability. She believes her past injuries are a gift that allowed her to experience first hand the profound healing potential of these practices.

She has a passion for teaching others how they can also enjoy the immense benefits of therapeutic movement and meditation, becoming skilled at accessing one's own healing potential. She enjoys leading specialized workshops, trainings and classes to newcomers and advanced students of all ages and abilities. Her focus is on teaching people how to resolve chronic pain, improve athletic performance while increasing strength, balance & stability.

Jodi has led beginning and advanced trainings and retreats around the world for over 15 years. She is honored to bring this work to her home state! She also offers private sessions, classes, workshops and retreats focused on yogic philosophy including meditation and the study of the mind.
