Instructor: CATHERINE MARCHANT

CATHERINE MARCHANT

Learning to knit at age 10, I had no idea how important fiber would be in my life. Knitting, bead weaving, quilting, spinning, felting, and dyeing were all part of my life at one time or another until I finally settled on weaving as a focus. I took my first weaving class in 1985 in Midland, Texas. The next year we moved to New Jersey and I became immersed in the world of weaving guilds, conferences, and workshops. All this has led me to where I am now, co-founder of a weaving school and teacher of the most rewarding art in the world: weaving.

What Students are Saying:

"This class was so much fun, and the instructors are very knowledgeable... I've definitely got a new hobby, can't wait to explore it more!"
