Liz Struthwolf is known for hosting warm, fun, and festive community tasting events that feature delicious locally curated hand crafted foods and beverages. Over the years, she has introduced thousands of guests to the wellness aspects of the finest hand crafted food through her coffee and chocolate shops, her highly popular lecture series, and her award-winning local, regional and national tasting events. Her education through Culinary Institute of America, Ecole Chocolat, and American Barista and Coffee School opened the doors to the world of specialty foods after many years of working in systems and management. She currently works in the field of food science and medically evidenced food research, is president of Utah Chocolate Society, and is a member of Specialty Coffee Association and Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
