Jaclyn is a fashion designer from Salt Lake City, whose focus since graduating with her MFA in fashion design has been sustainability. The clothing she makes is composed almost entirely of secondhand knitwear pieces. The drive behind Jaclyn’s creativity is the ability to transform the ordinary and otherwise disregarded into something unique and eye-catching. She is inspired by organic shapes and unique color palettes. She would describe her aesthetic as dreamy, and playful, which her small clothing brand J.J. Stücker emphasises.
She is currently a fashion instructor at SLCC and she recently started her own sewing pattern business for toddlers and kids, Twinkle Sprouts
