DYLAN MCDONNELL

Dylan McDonnell has been an avid homebrewer and loves testing the limits of what types of beer he can make. His interest in beer began with his studies in college, where he received his Master's Degree in Middle East Studies. While he has been brewing beer for over a decade he recently received international attention for brewing the oldest authentic beer with yeast that's over 3000 years old. He has brewed everything from sour beer, to imperial stouts. Most recently he has created the first ever 100% chestnut (and 100% gluten free) beer.
