KERI BOGARDUS

Keri Bogardus is a Utah native and certified pole fitness instructor with 15 years of experience helping students build strength, confidence, and joy through movement. She especially loves working with beginners and watching that "aha" moment when something new clicks. Her teaching focuses on proper form and strength development to keep students safe and progressing. Keri is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome--no matter their background or experience level--and believes pole fitness should be accessible to every body.
