Dr. Amy McDonnell is a Post-doctoral researcher in the Applied Cognition Laboratory in the Psychology Department at the University of Utah. She is a leading researcher in the emerging field of environmental neuroscience--using physiological metrics to understand how interactions in nature reduces stress and improves cognition. A team of tenured faculty from the University of Utah Cognitive Neuroscience area in the Department of Psychology will teach this class. Included are Dr. Sarah Creem-Regehr, Dr. Frank Drews, Dr. Frances Friedrich, Dr. Raymond Kesner, Dr. Jeannine Stefanucci, Dr. David Strayer, and Dr. Jason Watson.
