Lisa Davis James provides strategic communications, media training and collateral development services to a variety of clients. Lisa's experience includes four years as an independent communications consultant, four years of public relations agency work and six years as a reporter, editor and columnist. Her last journalism stint was with CBS MarketWatch, one of the country's foremost financial news services. Lisa's communications experience includes employment with two boutique agencies in San Francisco, where she worked with some of the most well-funded, successful technology start-ups during the dot-com craze. While in San Francisco, Lisa also served as communications chair for the local Habitat for Humanity chapter, where she oversaw media efforts surrounding the first Habitat home built in that city. Since coming back to Utah, Lisa has worked with many nonprofit and government organizations, as well as several corporate entities. In 2003, Lisa managed a bond campaign for The Leonardo at Library Square, which resulted in the passage of a $10 million bond for this developing art, culture and science center.
