JULIO GARREAUD

Julio is a very interesting and exciting individual. His wide background has provided him very valuable experiences, from elementary school teacher to military warrior, to ICU nurse, businessman, executive coach and business consultant. While in combat in Vietnam, he was a medic on a rescue helicopter and flew hundred of rescue mission where he experienced life and death, there he learned that execution is critical to the fulfillment of the mission. As a Green Beret for 18 years with the 19th US Special Forces Group he learned team work, team relationships and how a team becomes a winning team.
Julio was born in Chile where he grew up and got educated. He graduated from the University of Chile with a BS in Mathematics and Physics. He immigrated to the US in 1967 and joined the US ARMY. In 1973, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in science with a major in Nursing. After many years in nursing he went into business for 20 years with a manufacturing company. In 1999, he decided to close his 20 year old business and founded Human Architecture, a business consulting and executive coaching organization. Human Architecture offers Leadership Development, Ontological Coaching, Team Building and Corporate Culture Transformation. Human Architecture's name reflects the vision of living and working from a designed strategy. Julio's greatest accomplishment in life is to be a father of two, David and Tonya and a grandfather of two, Markus and Meranda.
Julio lives in Salt Lake City with his partner Robin.
