Brandon Breivik has spent over 10 years in various industries studying and applying principles that help an individual, a team, or a company to identify their opportunities for improvement and to find the best ways to make those improvements. He has experience in managing and improving quality in the production of physical goods, improving quality in providing services to clients, and improving quality in the world of software development.

He is currently the Director of Quality at Entrata Inc. where he leads initiatives to improve everything from customer support, project implementations, and software releases.
