MARGARET MCDERMOTT

Margaret McDermott is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the Business Outsourcing Processing Industry. She is an operations professional skilled in Business Process Outsourcing, Service Delivery, Business Process Improvement, Coaching and Service Delivery Implementations
Margaret uses a leader as coach methodology to develop the next generation of leaders. She has developed and implemented effective succession planning for operations, personnel development action plans, and performance management for small and large teams. In this role, she was responsible for developing talent and readying them for expansion of duties in various operational and leadership roles. She is responsible for team coaching and individual development through formal and informal training opportunities.
She is an Associate Certified Coach with The International Coach Federation. She is a Board Member of People Helping People, UT. She is an active member of District 15 Toastmasters Precision Speakers.

When not leading in the office, she is enjoying our great state of Utah hiking, biking, canyoneering, paddle boarding, walking her dog Hobbs, and learning new things. She and her husband live in beautiful Salt Lake City, UT where they spend time with family, teaching their granddaughters gardening and schooling their grown sons in volleyball.
