The Knowledge Transfer Action Plan (KTAP) serves as the IIMC required assessment for the 2018 Utah Municipal Clerks Institute and Academy. Each participant must review their Daily Logs, select the information upon which they wish to concentrate and prepare a formal plan for knowledge transfer. Institute and Academy participants successfully completing the KTAP will have their names forwarded to IIMC as having completed all requirements for the 2017 Institute and Academy. The KTAP is intended to help you reflect on the program and identify areas for improvement; therefore, we encourage you to share your KTAP with your management.
To receive credit toward your MMC or CMC designation, you must turn in your KTAP within 10 business days of the last day of the Academy or Institute. KTAPs received after the deadline will NOT receive credit. The KTAP must be completed and submitted no later than [5pm on Friday, April |x-apple-data-detectors://1]13th, for the Academy/Institute.
