Room Rental Rates

Room rentals are charged by the half-day or full-day

For Profit Organizations

  • Half-day (0-4 hours) - $80
  • Full-day (more than 4 hours, up to 8 max) - $160

Non Profit Organizations

  • Half-day (0-4 hours) - $60
  • Full-day (more than 4 hours, up to 8 max) - $120

Hourly rentals are not available. There will be no fee for University partners and University departments – there may be some occasional instances that require a separate decision such as ARUP

Additional Fees

  • Audio/Visual: There will be a $60 Audio/Visual flat fee for any group needing to use our system and for initial set-up. Groups outside of the U need to provide their own laptop and cannot use U computers in classrooms.
    • There will be an additional $30/half hour for IT support if needed during the meeting/event.
  • Food/Catering: If you would like your meeting catered, we encourage you to use our onsite provider Rocky Mountain Grill. Catering arranged through RMG will not incur a set up/clean up fee.
