MARLENE NODA

Marlene has been a Sushi chef since 1989 and has worked in Hawaii, Portand, SLC and Alaska. She currently owns a catering company and is the general manager for Oshucks and Ahh Sushi in Park CIty. She has been teaching sushi since 2002 and is the inventor of the popular Mars Twist roll.
