JUDITH NEUGEBAUER

Judith earned her PhD in 2009 from the University of Utah, Department of Neurobiology and Anatomy, using zebrafish to study heart development. She has over 10 years' experience conducting research, mentoring and teaching, and has transitioned these skills into educating K-12 students. As the program manager and outreach educator of BioEYES Utah, Judith now uses zebrafish to engage students in science and offer hands-on science projects. When she is not teaching science Judith enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing with her family.
