Continuing Education is committed to the quality of our classes, services, and instructors. If you are unsatisfied with your experience or unable to attend a course, please contact us online or by phone. Please keep in mind that classroom space, instructor arrangements, and course materials may be scheduled and purchased based on expected class enrollments. If a refund is applicable and you paid through our website, over the phone, or in person using a credit card, it will be issued back to the same card used in the original transaction. Our registration team processes refunds on Fridays. It can take up to 3 business days to appear on card statements. See below for specific program information.

The $250 deposit is fully refundable for cancellations occurring within 2 days after registration. After 2 days it is not refundable. Additional payments are refundable up to 4 months prior to the departure date. If the original transaction was made over 6 months ago, you will receive a check in mail to the address listed in your reservation. Students will receive a full refund if a class is dropped 7 days before the class begins. Students requesting to drop less than 7 days before the class start date, but before 50% of the class is over, will receive a 50% tuition refund but no special fee. Please note: there are certain classes with exceptions to this policy due to materials purchasing, please review the class note to see if this is the case. Drops placed 24 hours before class begins will receive a full tuition refund. Drops placed after 24 hours before class begins will receive a tuition refund and a $20 late drop charge will be applied. Drops placed after the second class begins will not be refunded unless there is an extenuating circumstance communicated directly to Osher staff at 801-585-5442 and an exception is granted. Osher memberships and Special Fees are not refundable.
