Chris Hillman graduated with a B.A. degree in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and then graduated with an M.P.A. degree (city and financial management emphases) from the same university. He currently works as City Manager for Eagle Mountain, and is formerly an Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer of Sandy City, where he was responsible for creating and establishing the city's $90 million all-funds budget. Mr. Hillman is also a part-time faculty member at Brigham Young University (since January, 2000) where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in public sector finance in the Marriott School of Management's Romney Institute of Public Management as well as an undergraduate communications course in BYU's College of Fine Arts & Communications.
