Conny Wegener is a certified Master Somatic Coach dedicated to personal transformation and Self-cultivation, with a focus on integrating mind, heart, body, and spirit. Born in Germany and inspired by the beauty of art, Conny pursued American and French literature, earning a Ph.D. in American Studies to explore the transformative power of stories.
At Yale University, her passion for student growth led her to transformational life coaching at the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara. In 2007, she launched her Life Coaching Business, combining an analytical mind with high sensitivity to listen to clients' stories and catalyze their desired changes through somatic practices.
In 2013, Conny's journey led her to the Strozzi Institute in Petaluma, California, where she became a Master Somatic Coach. She now guides clients through profound inner healing work using a holistic approach encapsulated by the Greek term "Soma" which means the “body living in its wholeness.â€
