LINDSEY IMBER

Lindsey Imber is a classically trained Chef and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at the University of Utah Hospital where she leads the Dietitian Approved Program. With over 15 years of food service experience and having earned her master's in nutrition and Integrative Physiology from the University of Utah, Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to her role. Working with Lifelong Learning Lindsey will be teaching two classes this semester: Roll This Way - The Art of Rolling Sushi & From Flour to Fork - Pasta From Scratch.
