This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.

This hybrid course will meet in-person in MCD 220 on the following Saturdays: February 1st from 9am to 6pm, March 22nd from 9am to 6pm and April 12th from 9am to 1pm. This course is intended for students who have beginner/fundamental dance proficiency. This class focuses on the knowledge necessary to develop clinical skills in the use of dance/movement therapy. It develops students' theoretical and practical understanding of body awareness, movement response and interaction as they inform a foundational understanding of dance/movement therapy practice.
