An integration of the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. Aqua Zumba is a challenging, water-based, interval-tempo workout that combines cardio conditioning with water resistance training and total body toning/exercise.
This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.
