Jogging for Fitness
Academic Noncredit

This course introduces practical skills and principles of jogging, providing practical experience with jogging under different conditions, and providing a background of knowledge to train (jog/run) in the future. Specific runs for particular classes will be planned to match the students' progress. There will be a lot of jogging.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.
