
This course will involve a total body workout fusing elements of ballet, Pilates, and weight training into a circuit program. Emphasis of training will be placed on the hips, seat, core, and balance.
This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.

THIS IS NOT A BALLET BARRE DANCE CLASS! Barre Tone is a barre fitness class. Designed to challenge the muscles of the body by using micro-toning techniques, get ready to tire and sculpt the whole body in 45 minutes! Tone, sculpt, and burn to create a lean & strong physique. No dance experience required. Meet in person on Tuesdays and Zoom for Thursdays. CLASS IS DONE BAREFOOT; gripping socks are welcome if you don't care to be barefoot in class.
