
This course will involve a total body workout fusing elements of ballet, Pilates, and weight training into a circuit program. Emphasis of training will be placed on the hips, seat, core, and balance.
This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.
