Boot Camp
Academic Noncredit

This course consists of cardiovascular training, strength training, interval training, and stretching. Participants will experience high-intensity, full body workouts. Each class will vary and be tailored to all fitness levels.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.
