
This class includes a series of stretches to help with flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture. Also includes various body weight and light weight exercises to increase over all strength.
This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.

Registration begins on Mar 16, 2026In this section of Stretch & Strengthen, emphasis on core, joint mobility, and lean muscle toning will be experienced, using a variety of props for use at home. Students will need to invest in a small physio ball, pilates ring, long TheraBand, large exercise ball, light hand weights, and foam roller.
