Stretch and Strengthen
Academic Noncredit

This class includes a series of stretches to help with flexibility, range of motion, balance, and posture. Also includes various body weight and light weight exercises to increase over all strength.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.

This section focuses on core, lengthening, and strengthening. There will be equipment the students enrolled in are responsible for getting for use at home. Details of the equipment to be used: Small ball; Long exercise band; Pilates ring; Light hand weights; Big exercise ball; Long foam roller. Email ESSF@utah.edu for more details.
