Cardio Kickboxing
Academic Noncredit
This course will involve boxing & kickboxing training specifically designed to challenge the cardiorespiratory system using kickboxing bags. Choreography will involve various kickboxing techniques in combination with other cardiorespiratory exercises.
This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course. Students can purchase any assigned hardcopy textbooks through our Campus Bookstore.

ESSF is excited to bring Cardio Kickboxing this Fall! Punch, kick, and sweat it out with choreographed cardio kickboxing sequences performed against a standing base bag to fast, up-tempo music. This high-energy workout builds power, endurance, and coordination while combining real kickboxing technique with rhythm-driven fun at a foundational level. All levels of fitness welcome!
