Academic Noncredit

The application and understanding of social, religious, economic, and aesthetic qualities of foods provides the knowledge for the explorations of food patterns of various cultures. Appreciation of the diversity of cultural influences on food patterns.

This noncredit class meets with a regular University of Utah credit course.
