JERRY L BASFORD

Jerry L. Basford, Ph.D. has over twenty years experience formulating, implementing, and monitoring budgets, and more than fifteen years developing budget controls, planning resources, conducting cost/benefit and risk analysis proposals, evaluating program alternatives, and documenting the planned programs. Jerry also has over sixteen years requesting, allocating, and managing fiscal activities in higher education. Jerry has a Doctorate of Philosophy, Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts. He completed the University of Utah Leadership in Higher Education program in 2001, the American Management Association's Project Management Curriculum in 1993, and graduated from the Mesa County Leadership Program in 1992. He is currently the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and an Adjunct professor in both the School of Business and Social Behavioral Science at the University of Utah.
