This course includes information of exercise principles based on physiologic mechanisms of movement essential for treatment planning and implementation. This course is inclusive of all basic approaches to exercise for improvement of range of motion, strength, aerobic and functional capacity. This course is designed to review concepts of exercise physiology as relates to application for therapeutic exercise program design.
