The focus of this course is to provide the student with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to successfully manage patients/clients with neurologic conditions integrating the Guide to Physical Therapist Practice 4.0 Physical Therapist Practice Management Model and the ICF model to guide clinical reasoning. This course will increase the student’s understanding of neuromuscular disorders, improve patient/client management, & provide the student with an organized clinical reasoning process to facilitate examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention abilities (particularly among patients with neurologic conditions).
