Administration in Physical Therapy
Academic Credit

Course includes discussion on management skills in health care, time management, reimbursement issues including governmental reimbursement programs, private insurance industry, documentation, liability and malpractice, policy and procedures, human resources, department design, space allocation, pros and cons of private practice and other business and management issues which physical therapists face. This course will help you prepare for the administrative issues of physical therapy practice.

Registration Information: If you are a matriculated student, you must register for credit classes using the Campus Information System (CIS). If you are new to the University, you must first submit an application to the Admissions Office, then register using the Campus Information System (CIS).
