Jeremy Rosen is an assistant professor of English at the University of Utah. He teaches contemporary U.S. and world literature—with a particular emphasis on the blurry line between popular and literary culture. He is interested in how contemporary pop culture takes up and reworks classic authors and books. This has led him to an interest in our enduring fascination with all things Hemingway, and how Hemingway's A Moveable Feast has helped propel our fascination with Paris!
He's also an unapologetic "foodie" and can't wait to combine his love of books, food, and travel in Paris next spring. His work has been published in New Literary History, Contemporary Literature, and Post45 and his first book, Minor Characters Have Their Day is due out with Columbia University Press in October 2016.
