Class Details


This course is designed to leverage HR professionals' knowledge and skills to successfully pass the industry's leading certification exams: SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) or HRCI (aPHR, PHR, or SPHR). Your dual-certified, expert facilitator will build on the foundation you’ve already established through your HR work experience or studies. The course includes discussions, reviews, quizzes on core exam knowledge areas, sample test questions, test-taking strategies, and key study areas. You will identify and build on your strengths and pinpoint areas needing further study to prepare for the exam. Ready to take the first step toward your certification goal? Your HR experience, in-depth study of certification resources, and this classroom experience will ensure you're well-prepared and confident on exam day.

Requirements

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM):

To be eligible for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams, you must meet specific educational and work experience criteria at the time you submit your application.

  • To apply, and confirm you meet the SHRM exam requirements please visit the SHRM website.
  • The SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams are offered during two windows each year. Applications must be received by the standard deadline for each window. For more information on the application deadlines and exam windows visit the SHRM website.

Human Resources Standards Institute (HRCI):

To be eligible for the aPHR, PHR, or SPHR exam, you must meet specific educational and work experience criteria at the time you submit your application.

  • To apply, and confirm you meet the HRCI exam requirements please visit the HRCI website.
  • HRCI exam is offered continually, with no exam window.
