Course Description
Apply your project leadership skills to more effectively help your team ensure project success. Leadership profiling, team-building and project communication activities provide an exciting, hands-on learning environment. Students will leave class with an understanding of the importance of leadership and communication skills to complement technical management skills. Students will also learn to create appropriate alignment among your team members and how to empower the team by generating authority and accountability among team members as they make decisions and accomplish tasks.
