This class provides insight into the passage of Title VII and its impact on the American workforce, and discusses the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the role it plays in the enforcement of Title VII. Learn how companies can comply with Title VII and avoid lawsuits, including proper paperwork and investigation procedures, and how employees can effectively respond to any improper workplace conduct.
