Successful leadership from any position is based on trust, teamwork and integrity. In this class, you will learn how to provide effective leadership, especially when you aren't in a position of responsibility. Through instruction, case studies and practical exercises, you will leave this class with tools that you can immediately use in your organization that will make a difference.
