This demand is largely driven by an aging population, increased access to medications, and expanded roles for pharmacy technicians in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Pharmacy technicians are offered competitive salaries. Pharmacy technicians can work full-time and part-time, and they have access to many opportunities for advancement.
