This course is ideal for students who are completely new to Excel, or students who have used it before and need a refresher and want to become more effective and organized. This hands-on, interactive class covers Microsoft Excel fundamentals, including navigating the user interface and Ribbon, creating formulas and basic functions such as Sum, Average, Minimum, Maximum and Count. Additionally, the course will introduce how AI tools can enhance productivity in Excel, such as analyzing data patterns, performing repetitive tasks, and creating charts instantly from your data. By the end of the course, students will: Understand the basics of Excel and its user interface; Learn how to create and format spreadsheets; Gain proficiency in creating formulas and using functions.; Explore AI tools and features in Excel to enhance productivity; Develop skills to analyze data patterns using AI capabilities; Learn to use charts and other visualization tools through AI capabilities; Discover techniques to working with large datasets and printing spreadsheets. This course will incorporate AI features in a beginner-friendly way, ensuring students not only learn the basics of Excel but also understand how AI can enhance their productivity and data analysis capabilities through the creation of your own budget and habit tracker spreadsheets.
