Project Management Fundamentals II
Professional Education
This class is a continuation of Project Management Fundamentals I. Students will dive deeper into the nine knowledge areas as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI), such as risk management, quality management, communication management and other areas. You'll have an opportunity to work through a project management plan and will walk away with valuable templates to take back and apply immediately.
